The Link Piano Company, founded by Edwin Link Sr, manufactured nickelodeon pianos and theatre pipe organs, both being unique in that they used an endless music roll, which eliminated the "wait" while regular roll pianos had to rewind after the last number. The music was also arranged much better than some competitors rolls. If the name Link rings a bell with you, Ed Link Sr was the inventor of the Link Aviation Pilot Trainer, which the armed forces used to train our pilots during World War 2. His son Edwin Jr., developed the single manned sport submarines. I had the privilege of meeting Ed Sr. at the inaugural performance of his Link Theatre Organ, in Binghamton NY, and hearing Billy Nalle play that beautiful instrument. If you remember old time television and a program called, "I Remember Mama" he was the organist who played the theme music for that show.
